How can I register?

The non-binding and free registration takes place on our website at: https://www.campus-dzeileiligen.com/bewerben
If no rooms are available for the requested period, you will be placed on the waiting list and contacted as soon as a room becomes available.

What are the admission requirements?

Preference is given to students between the ages of 18 and 26

When can I register?

Anytime, there is no registration deadline.

How does a binding registration take place?

We will contact you by email and send you all the necessary documents for the binding registration.

Only 1 annual contracts are concluded from 01.09. until 31.08. of the following year.

Is there a deposit required?

Before moving in, a deposit of 2 monthly payments is due.

How are the flat shares equipped?

Cable TV and internet connection in every room
Each flat share in the “Plus” building has its own south-facing balcony
Shared kitchens (with dishwasher, some with oven or microwave) Shared bathrooms are available in every flat share
Some rooms also have their own washbasin

What are the specials/advantages of the Dreiheiligen student residence?

Our student residence has a 250 m² roof terrace with an endless panoramic view of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains, a party and rehearsal room in the basement.
We also have a laundry room, bicycle cellar, ski cellar and underground car park.

Central location - 3 minutes to the SOWI and the MCI, 5 minutes to the old town, as well as many shops in the immediate vicinity.
