All rooms are furnished and include cable TV and internet access.Each shared apartment in the "Plus" building has its own south-facing balcony.Shared kitchens (with dishwasher, some with oven or microwave) and shared bathrooms are available in every shared apartment.Some rooms also have their own washbasin.

Our central location is definitely a major advantage. Our student residence boasts a rooftop terrace of approximately 250 m² with endless panoramic views of Innsbruck and the surrounding mountains, as well as a party and rehearsal room in the basement.We also have a laundry room, bicycle storage, ski storage and underground parking garage.
